Dissatisfied Long time Best Buy customer

Towels is taking 2 dry cycles to get completely dry. I have to hang my towels on my clothes line for about 4 hours before putting in the dryer. Waste of my time.

Never Buy LG

They also make You use them for the repair for the first year even if you buy Best Buy's warranty. Then the presidential team of LG is a joke. PORCHA Is terrible. I hope someone of importance see this and understands how terrible of customer service is. I have provided videos of the machine not working and they still refuse to address the issue.

Bad Batch

It was damaged to the point where if I were delivering it, I would have never taken it off the truck!!!!

If you love to wait

Now they’re saying they will be delivered on February 4th. The appliances that were supposed to be delivered on January 28-29 are delayed, and on top of that, they casually tell me I can cancel if I want. I planned my moving date and everything based on this delivery. Do not rely on Best Buy’s delivery service!

Very disappointed

Smart Electric Dryer

Great dryer

My old dryer frequently needed 2 cycles to dry but this gets the job done in one cycle. It also plays a happy song when the cycle is done.
