This washer machine is amazing! We had a similar set from 2019 that unfortunately burned down in the Eaton Fire :(. Fortunately in the years since they have really upped their game. This washing machine has a ton of features! Tons of pre-programmed wash cycles and with the help of the LG Smart AI the number is even bigger! Due to the fact that it can sense the soil level, the type of material and the amount of heat needed. The Automatic Detergent dispenser is also a game changer, that will save hundreds in detergent and fabric softener alone! Nothing but great things to say about this washer!

Very sleek and easy to operate with great features. The only thing I don’t like is the sloping top. I can’t rest anything without it sliding off.

Excellent dryer. So far have not faced any issues. Best part is it can detect if airflow is obstructed. It could save a lot of cost in the long run with its IQ.

So far I’ve owned this dryer for a month and it works very well, sometimes the AI setting does not fully dry the clothes and will have to set it for another 15 min.

You want all the bells and whistles this dryer is amazing. LG known for a better washer and dryer. Having the controls also on phone is awesome! My clothes dryness quickly and seemed even softness. I so recommended this dryer.

The smart gas dryer is a fantastic product with modern tech, featuring seamless LG ThinQ integration that truly enhances convenience. However, the lack of clear information about the required gas and power cords was frustrating. I had to rely on YouTube videos multiple times to figure out what was needed. Aside from this, the dryer performs exceptionally well and is a great addition to any home.

Easy to set drying time and temperature using AI or preset settings. Dries in half the time as our previous dryer. We love the durable mat black finish.

Absolutely love the new technology! It connects to my app and lets me know when the cycle is done. There are so many great features! The steam feature and AI setting let my children help with laundry and not have to fuss with settings. Excellent product! And beautiful design

We referred to consumer reports and LG was recommended as a best buy. We are very happy with the dryer. It dries clothes and bulky items very quickly. The lint filter is very different from my other dryer and seems to trap more lint. In short, I am very satisfied with this dryer. By the way, I have the matching washer which is also terrific.

Im very happy with the dryer, works and functions great. The 3rd party delivery team did not install the steam kit that I purchased for the dryer, so im not able to speak on the steam feature. Everything else works well.
