Ive had this dryer for about six days and with every dryer load clothes or towels or seem to get stuck in the door. The trim around the inside of the door catches clothes and then spins it into it as a knot. How do I stop this?

When the drum is too full, garments cannot tumble freely, causing them to tangle and trapping moisture inside, resulting in damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Your clothes need room to move, lift, and separate. If they cannot circulate, they twist together. Overloading prevents hot air from circulating through the center of the load, causing outer layers to dry (or overdry) while the inside remains damp. As the dense, damp, and dry items rub together, they create high levels of static electricity, causing smaller items to get trapped inside larger ones (like sheets) and forming a "burrito" or ball. Instead of lifting and falling, the overloaded mass tends to just slide or stick to the drum walls, which prevents proper separation...^Ivan.
