Dryer that Dries

very disappointed

She says she has to wash things twice to get the clothes clean. she does not like the commercial style but wants to exchange this washer for an old style drum washer with the agitator in the middle and the washer fills up with water. We understand this washer tries to use less water but she says it doesn't clean the close. 0 or minus 10 is the rating.
