A: The depth of the dryer at the top surface is 27.50" at the top. The depth at the widest point is 30.75". If dryer is vented out the rear, the minimum total depth is 35.25".

Q: does this dryer have a light in it?
A: Yes it does
A: The answer to this question is in the measurements if you take the time to measure what existing pedestal you have and the current measurements of the new washer dryer set, this could be a direct fit. Personally we built our own pedestal custom fit and was much more gratifying and conducive to our project as well as saved us $500 cost which be put towards brand new cabinets and countertops. A: I find it to be very quiet.
A: if you were facing the machine from the front, it would be on the left side. Or if you were facing from the back it would be on the top right
A: You need to buy the kit or re-used the one you had before. Bestbuy sells it.
A: 3 wire 220 works just fine no need to rewrire your house!
