I chose this dryer after weeks of researching and comparing other options, which I am very satisfied with. PROS: •Download Cycles to accommodate your needs. (I suggest watching the LG NFC TAG ON tutorial for simple instructions on the download cycle process) •I've used all available cycles and have yet to have any issues with clothes not being dry. •Adjustable Features Include: Dry Level, Temp Control, Time Dry and Signal Volume. •Smart Diagnosis •Extra Optional Functions such as Wrinkle Care, Damp Signal, Anti Bacterial, Ect.) •Child Lock CONS: • There were 2 times in which the dryer had a burning smell, (almost like rubber) but it has seemed to go away after the first few times of using it. The Best Buy sales associate was amazing in every way and definitely made the deciding process much easier with her knowledge on the variety of products available.

I bought this at the same time as the matching washer. The dryer is quiet and efficient. Plenty of options depending on how you want to dry the garment. Easy to read menus on the front. I do recommend buying the pedestal as well.

I purchased this dryer because I bought the same model washer. I spent more time researching the washer, because during my research I'd read that purchasing a dryer is less important. After several weeks of use, I can say it's more efficient than my old dryer. One feature I particularly like is that it senses on its own whether the laundry is still damp; if it is, the cycle is extended. Along with the high efficiency washer, this dryer has been an excellent companion. The only criticism I'd have so far is not completely drying a load. Otherwise, it's plenty big, easy to use, and does what you'd expect at a reasonable price.

Happy with the purchase, installation, and operations. The washer and dryer are bigger than my last set but the ease of use and output is worth it.

I replaced an older (25) Kenmore dryer. I was reluctant to buy this unit because it has so much more than I thought I would use. I have been using all the features and realize the benefits. It was an open box unit that I couldn't find anything wrong with it. It hooked up quickly and was in use withing minute of it being delivered. It is very quiet, drys very well. I like the lint filter being right inside the door. Easy access. The only draw back is the end of cycle buzzer. Not loud enough.

Dryer is quiet, operates efficiently, and is easy to use. A high efficiency dryer at a good price, with a $150.00 rebate as a bonus.

Love LG as always.... it's large, quiet, anf eefficient! What more can you ask for ?

We are small family and the moment I saw LG - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Electric Dryer in white, I said to myself, 'I want it'. We need to save electricity bills (who does not?) and I believe this machine can do that. This is energy saving machine star compliance machine which saves electricity. I ran the machine and I liked the functionality and has many options to chose.

Love this dryer, simple to use, drys the clothes perfectly! I've had no issues with it, and I love the little tune it plays when done, it's long enough for me to hear it upstairs and short enough so that's it not annoying. Can't wait to purchase the matching washing machine.

A great dryer that won't drain your wallet. Does not have all of the bells and whistles (we did not want that), but if you are looking for a dryer that will do what we all want - dry clothes - and not produce damp laundry, then this is a great, reliable choice.

I love the fact this saves me a lot on my energy bill. The best thing about this is the fact that there are different settings that are functional and essential! My clothes comes out super soft and not over dried. And it’s actually very quiet!

Had a lg dryer before it lasted 11 years so I bought another one to go with new washer not cause dryer no longer worked. Love the changes made to it. Works quietly and efficiently.
