Best Buy team did an excellent job installing the dryer along with the pedestal. It's very quiet and gets clothes dry quickly. Much more quiet than the Samsung we previously had. Plenty of drying options available.

Purchased w/ it's matching washer companion. Lots of drying options (more than we'll use), including an energy-efficient one. It's quiet and takes up the least space (depth) compared to its competition to still fit where we need it.

It is quiet and effective. A lot of cycles to choose from. Powerful, yet quiet. It has sensor drying, with various choices, timed drying, or you can manually adjust the dry time, dry level. It can also handle bulk items.

I bought this to replace the old dryer, fairly quiet and easy to use. I haven't got any clothes burned/roasted yet. but I'm not sure if it really saves energy, or good for my electric bill.

This dryer seems to have a huge capacity so nice to dry large items like blankets and not have them wad up in a ball like my previous dryer. There are many settings so you can get just the right time and temperature or no temperature. Excellent communication skills by the delivery team - kept me constantly informed of my delivery by all communication methods and friendly delivery people. Only drawback for me was sensor mode settings because I like to dry many items using extra low heat but not an option in sensor mode so had to go manual timing mode. Otherwise, settings pretty flexible to meet your needs.

We have had fantastic success with our LG front load washer so we purchased our LG dryer when our old Maytag dryer no longer worked. There are many options for drying on this LG dryer and an assortment of drying times. We had to "play" around with the timing for a few drying sessions in order to figure out our best options for the specific type of load going into the dryer. Drying time is not prolonged if you don't want it to be. We have been using this new dryer for approximately 3 months and have no issues. It is fairly quiet, plays a tune when drying time is completed, and holds a large capacity of clothes when necessary.

I have never been happier with a product than I am with this one. Easy to use and works like advertised maybe even better in fact for sure better than advertised.

The dryer works quickly and quietly and is so much better then our old one. When you have shirts and towels together the towels will not be perfectly dry.

This was and excellent replacement to my old Dyer. Love the features. Easy to use and works great. Accidentally better than my old one.

It's very large and very quiet. I don't really like the song it plays when its done. But it does a good job drying -- even my towels.

I bought this dryer to replace my old LG dryer I am as happy with the new one as I was with the old one Dries quickly and quietly

We purchased a new washer and coordinating dryer and my old dryer was working fine. My husband wanted to know why I wanted to purchase a new dryer as well. It was difficult to explain other than I wanted them to match and look nice. I wanted the laundry room to look as good as the rest of the house. The great news is the new dryer is so much better than the 10 year old one which was an environmentally safe dryer. I love the new dryer and it is faster and easier to regulate.

I was going to get a cheaper dryer, and the Best Buy rep convinced me that buying the matching dryer to my washer would be the better investment. I am very glad I did this. The LG dryer is far better made than the cheaper models I was considering, plus it looks great next to the matching washer. Drying function is superb, with many options from which to select. Plus, it plays music at the end of cycles. Kinda sounds like the ice cream truck lol. Gotta love that! :-)

Quiet, Efficient and Convenient. Best Buy had it delivered and installed and did a great job.

Met all our needs. Quiet and effectively dries....some issue with the auto sensors shutting the dryer down. Problem has since been resolved.

Washer and Dryer perform well, the manual has easy to understand instructions, they look good. I have only done a couple of loads but the time is good enough. I thought it was going to take much longer but it really is about as long as my old ones. The option to start the wash later is helpful. The option to install the vent on the side allowed me to buy them as my closet is fairly small. I think LG should make the same exact W/D just a little smaller now that more people are living in apartments.

The moisture sensing feature is a real step forward from our old dryer. The unit is very quiet and easy to use.

we purchased the matching washer a short time before buying this dryer and we are so happy to have the both of them now . can't belive how great they work, we're sure our utlity bill will be going down because the washer doen't hardly use any water and the dryer is so fast. thanks so much LG/ BEST BUY
