    Dryer is exactly as described on site. We are happy with our purchase. Delivery was the quickest out of all the retailers we searched and price was competitive. Delivery was on time and professional, happy with entire process. Delivery people set dryer up and made sure it was working prior to leaving.

    I’ve had other front loading dryers and there were noisy. This one is not. It also has very short cycles—I use the 15 min one and lower it to 7 mins to refresh clothes. When I’m short on time it helps me not hv to iron lol.

    This dryer is highly rated on consumer reports. Best buy installed. Will not fully dry a load on normal settings with eco mode off. If we dry the load twice on heavy bedding setting it will dry then.

      One helpful step you can try is checking the exhaust vent for any kinks or partial blockages, as restricted airflow can cause normal cycles to stop early while heavier cycles continue running long enough to dry the load. Ensuring the vent path is clear from the dryer to the outside wall can make a noticeable difference in drying performance.     This does a great job at being an average dryer for a family on a budget. It was comparatively cheap and has a lot of options, but it relies on conservative load sizing to be effective. As long as I keep the load size on the washer to Large or Small (there's also very large and super options on our washer), then the load will dry in one normal dry setting cycle.
