    This dryer purchase was to replace a 10+ year old LG dryer. New dryer fit the pedestal base from the old unit. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the new dryer appears "cheaper" made than our older unit that went out. Working with Best Buy team was great to identify a unit we could get that would fit the base. Time will tell if this unit holds up as well as the prior LG dryer.

    Bought with the matching washer and stacked in a tiny wash area. As with the washer, it may be a little louder than I imagined but works well and the cycles don't seem too long (about 50 mins). Will buy again. Note: I haven't washed and dried our queen size comforter yet so I can't speak to bulky item drying.
