This machine works very well and is very easy to use.

little water is required to wash a load, so Manuel recommends dropping pod in first before clothes. I guess with the small amount of water, placing the pod first makes sense. clothes came out very clean. Only problem is it takes so long to wash. Any cycle recommendations?

Excellent dryer with tons of space and very quiet.

Great space capacity with a lot of functions. I like the idea that I will be able to get a stackable washer when we need a new one of those to save space in our compact laundry room.

Love my Dryer!!!!!!! Settings are easy to use and the "delicate tune" to let you know the cycle is complete is SO NICE!!! Not the usual annoying, startling buzzer, someone in programming/engineering listened to a consumer!

I read other reviews that the Sensor dryer function on this dryer doesn’t work well but we thought we’d try this model anyway. We’ll, we’re experiencing the same thing. Clothes don’t get fully dry when using the sensor selection so we almost always need to add more time in order to get the clothes fully dried. While I do appreciate they didn’t add a loud buzzing noise to notify you that the dryer is finished with the cycle, the sound is so quite that it’s hard to know when the cycle is finished.

This replaced a 12 year old base model GE dryer so this was a major upgrade for us. It’s super quite and has a plethora of drying modes. We’re super happy with our purchase and would recommend to others.

I ordered our set online. Website was great. We were given delivery time, and the delivery guys called when they were enroute. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new washer and dryer. We were so pleased that we went back and bought a refrigerator!

LG is a very dependable and durable product. We have purchased LG products from TV’s, dishwasher, refrigerators and past washer and dryer. We purchased this to replace our old one (LG) which was gas. Our new home is a electric dryer hookup only.

The dryer works great and is just the right size for my family. At the end of the cycle the clothes is dry, so far no issues.

The sales and service from Best Buy was on point. I've had my washer and dryer for a little over a month and everything is working perfectly. The delivery was communicated well and arrived as described. The installation was efficient and seems to be correct.

Efficient and quiet. I like that this dryer does not heat up the room as it operates. Lint catcher is easy to clean. It handles large loads well. I also like that you can adjust temp and time within the settings. Bonus- it plays a happy little song when it is finished.

Love the product, front loading W/D. Easy online ordering and scheduling delivery/installation date. Delivery and setup was quick and efficient. Tested performance of install before departure. Very pleased and glad I went this route with the purchase.

I’ve had this dryer for a month now and haven’t had any issues. I use sensor dry mostly and only one time needed to run the cycle again, and that was with a pretty heavy load of towels/bedding. A song plays at the end of each cycle, which my little kids enjoy haha!

I absolutely love this dryer. It is very quiet and dries efficiently. Prior to purchasing, I did a lot of research and decided on LG, since they have the highest reliability ratings. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this dryer.

I purchased the dryer and washer on June 28. Three weeks later of the day before the product was to be delivered I was informed (though I inquired when I bought the pair that I did not need a stacking kit) that I needed a stacking kit, which the Geek Squad, did not stock. The Washer was installed on 7/14 and then finally the dryer was installed on 8/5. 38 days after my purchase, I had a working washer and dryer installed. Wished I had purchased the machines from Home Depot since they would had recommended a stacking kit with the purchase and installed them both in five days. Plus I would had avoided not having a dryer for weeks and a frustrating transaction.

I really like LG products. We are enjoying how clean and fresh our clothes are from using the new washer/dryer. We purchased online and everything was just great. The guys from Best Buy were very nice and professional, answered questions and showed us how the units worked.

The dryer operates quietly and no longer than it takes for the clothing in it to dry. The one negative is that fine fabrics often snag near the filter opening.

Excellent dryer. We got just the features we wanted. No steam and no Bluetooth functions because we wouldn’t use them why should we pay for them.
