Much more efficient than my previous Kenmore unit. Drying time greatly reduced. We love the ability to test our vent system to be sure it’s not blocked. We looked at many sites and Besf abut offered the best deal.

We got a Bad Dryer the first time, but no problem.! They replaced it with another New one, two days later.!! It pays to get the Geek Squad warranty.!!

After 15 years, our washer and dryer finally wend out. We purchased the same brand and model that has been updated and so far they seem very good.

the dryer works excellent and has a lot of different cycles so you can check which one you want, from permanent press to very dry

Excellent set of washer and drier. Clothes cleaner than top loaders. Get the stand to lessen bending.

We have only had the dryer for a few weeks. The clothes are not completely dry on some cycles and have to add additional drying time. :(

Very happy with our new dryer it stacked well with our older LG washer. Best part was the delivery and set up. The delivery crew were great!

Nice product but the sensors do not work as well as I would prefer. Often I have to restart the dryer for another cycle because the sensor cycles leave clothing, etc... slightly damp.

We purchased this dryer (and paired washer from Lowe's because Best Buy didn't have any available or in the warehouse) a few weeks ago and so far we are very happy with it. Affordable equipment with a touch of luxury!

Bought this to replace the same model I purchased a few years ago (only reason for replacement was a power surge) I like the upgraded touchpad over the old button version.

Just like the partner washer, this product feels cheap. The buttons seem week and I do not trust that they will last any length of time. The size of the drum is impressive and can fit a lot of clothes.

Nice dryer. Longer cycles than our previous dryer. Cleans well. My only big critique is that we wish it had a light inside of the drum. The drum is very large and often black socks can't easily be seen.

We couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Both the washer and dryer work so well compared to our older ones. They’re also incredibly quiet!

Slightly concerned that colored permanent press clothes ....always with a small load...and permanent press cycle...are very wrinkled
