The flosense sucks. It keeps stopping the cycle and the clothes arent dry

So far this dryer is perfect for our needs. Love that the door can be mounted to open from right or left depending on your location. Now it is easier to load clothes from my washer to this dryer. So many settings and it does an awesome job drying different types of clothes. Definitely recommend to others. Good price too. Hope it last a long time.

I had replaced my washer about five months ago. I should have gotten the dryer then. It had lasted 17 years so I knew I was pushing my luck but now I have a new LG just like before. Good move.

Moved into a home with a very old dryer. Went into Best Buy the other day to get an idea of options, price, etc and quickly decided on this one. Couldnt be any happier! The Best Buy employee I worked with was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful! Install was very easy and it runs way more efficiently than our old dryer. Gets clothes to the right temperature to dry but not burn. This is especially important with clothes for our newborn baby. What a great deal, VERY happy with my purchase!

Great dryer. It dries clothes well and in a short amount of time. I bought this dryer online without looking at it in person since they did not have one in the store. I discovered that it does not have a light when the door is opened. I didn't realize this was so important of an item until I didn't have it.

Easy to use, quiet, and convenient, but it takes almost 2times as long as my old dryer to dry a load.

Do not assume a 6' pig tail will work if your receptacle is at baseboard level. I installed the dryer myself because the sales associate did not mention that the stack kit needed to be ordered. I ended up moving the receptacle 12" up the wall.

Our old dryer was on it's last legs and Consumer Reports had only good things to say about LG brand dryers. I'm very happy with this one. So quiet! Easy to use controls. You do need to set it to "very" dry if you want 100% dry items.

love this product, works well & is easy to use. The filter is easy to empty out. The tube is huge and hold enough clothes at a time and the clothes dry up quickly

This is a great dryer so far - it is our backup while we can still hang laundry outside so we haven't used it too much. We installed it ourselves and it was a little bit of a pain. If we were proffessionals, we wouldn't have minded that the directions are confusing, but we aren't and there was definitely some swearing. Plus, there should be an option to buy the stacking kit and cord with the dryer. I had to buy them from another seller and spend the time to figure out if they were compatible.

I’ve had these for 3 years now and I like them decent enough but my biggest complaint is that it barely uses any water so it takes forever to wash clothes and they also smell like mildew after an hour of sitting there. Other than that I haven’t really had any issues with the either one. No complaints really in the dryer other than the sensor sucks and it never fully dries my clothes unless it’s a medium small load exactly so I always use the timed dry

Works great. Dries very well, better than our previous LG that was 15 years old. (That one worked well also- not worth fixing due to its age)
