When we paid at the store we got a $50 surprise. That’s the cost of switching the door to open from the right. It took 5 to 10 minutes. This cost was not on the web site with all the other added costs like haul away or power cord etc. The saleswoman did not even know about it. This service should be a part of the installation! Also they shipped the platform after the dryer. It took a while to switch the delivery dates around. Why would they do that???

The sensor is VERY sensitive and the manufacturer doesnt warn you about it. Very specific requirements for venting. Distance of venting and number of turns with your vent hose make a significant difference. I have about 20’ of distance and the dryer wont finish drying clothes because its too long of a run. Constantly stops with a 80 or d90 error code. Takes 2-3 cycles (each one taking 60-90 min) for clothes to be “almost” dry. Very poor design and communication on the requirements. Unless you have a short venting run with minimal turns I can’t recommend buying this. A lot of miney wasted on a dryer that never worked properly.
