    1 month in and working great. Not too loud, and dries our clothes. Biggest complaint is that the display isn't backlit but that's ok with us.

    Delivery guys were great. On time. Efficient. When we paid at the store we got a $50 surprise. That’s the cost of switching the door to open from the right. It took 5 to 10 minutes. This cost was not on the web site with all the other added costs like haul away or power cord etc. The saleswoman did not even know about it. This service should be a part of the installation! Also they shipped the platform after the dryer. It took a while to switch the delivery dates around. Why would they do that???

    The controls are bit difficult to get used to, but I love the size and the cloths are not over dry when using the sensor. Overall it’s a nice dryer.

    After buying an LG Air Conditioner and an LG Television Set, and deciding that both of them were superior to other brands, I chose to get this LG Dryer at Best Buy. So far my wife is quite happy with this decision. This brand is a South Korean company, and I feel that they should be commended for quality merchandise. Best Buy arranged the delivery and installation, which was flawless. Good price, superb quality and hassle-free service - you simply cannot ask for any more than that!
