    Dryer is exactly as described on site. We are happy with our purchase. Delivery was the quickest out of all the retailers we searched and price was competitive. Delivery was on time and professional, happy with entire process. Delivery people set dryer up and made sure it was working prior to leaving.

    First I've had LG front loafers for 12 yrs giving them to my grandson. Washer and dryer have always done excellent job. Clothes wrinkle free. The new ones are giving me the same great service

    I’ve had other front loading dryers and there were noisy. This one is not. It also has very short cycles—I use the 15 min one and lower it to 7 mins to refresh clothes. When I’m short on time it helps me not hv to iron lol.

    Washer and dryer are fine, I wish it didn't have the programmed settings and I could just easily select water temp, time, and soil level. I also hate that Best Buy installed them with the doors banging into each other and then I tried calling for help and I get some call center in India and had to speak to some foreign guy with awful English who just hung up on me when I asked about a swap kit to switch the doors. Seems like the installers could have offered that service.

    This does a great job at being an average dryer for a family on a budget. It was comparatively cheap and has a lot of options, but it relies on conservative load sizing to be effective. As long as I keep the load size on the washer to Large or Small (there's also very large and super options on our washer), then the load will dry in one normal dry setting cycle.

    It’s been a few weeks and so far so good on the choice of this LG dryer. The delivery from the service used by Best Buy was great with no issues! The last LG washer/dryer set we bought from Best Buy lasted more than 10 years so I’m hoping for that again!

    Purchased the pair from the Best Buy outlet in Timonium and both were in good exterior condition and so far working well. I did not use their delivery or installation service but it seemed fairly inexpensive if needed to.
