I did not use their delivery or installation service but it seemed fairly inexpensive if needed to.

No problems so far, although it's a bit early for a definite opinion. If you are considering a basic dryer, I'd say go for this model. Installation by BB was excellent, right on time and there were no problems.

I also hate that Best Buy installed them with the doors banging into each other and then I tried calling for help and I get some call center in India and had to speak to some foreign guy with awful English who just hung up on me when I asked about a swap kit to switch the doors. Seems like the installers could have offered that service.

I guess with the small amount of water, placing the pod first makes sense. clothes came out very clean. Only problem is it takes so long to wash. Any cycle recommendations?

Settings are easy to use and the "delicate tune" to let you know the cycle is complete is SO NICE!!! Not the usual annoying, startling buzzer, someone in programming/engineering listened to a consumer!

We’ll, we’re experiencing the same thing. Clothes don’t get fully dry when using the sensor selection so we almost always need to add more time in order to get the clothes fully dried. While I do appreciate they didn’t add a loud buzzing noise to notify you that the dryer is finished with the cycle, the sound is so quite that it’s hard to know when the cycle is finished.
