    I would give this a better rating, but I had to CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE DRYER I ALSO ORDERED. What an incompetent, useless, unprofessional expiernce ordering items to be delivered. Just 0 out of 10 from start to finish. I WILL NEVER ORDER DELIVERY AGAIN. And I advise you all to do the same. At no point did Best Buy attempt to right this wrong, compensate or alleviate any of my time for taking off multiple days of work for their scheduled delivery time only for them to not show up, not call and then re-schedule over 5 times. After the 5th time I gave up and cancelled the order. Lowes delivered THE NEXT DAY with zero issues. AGAIN, SAVE YOUR SELF AND DO NOT EVER ORDER ITEMS FOR DELIVERY.

    Its been 6 weeks since the purchase of the washer and dryer. The best thing I have to say about the dryer is that it dries small loads. The worst thing is that it is way too sensitive and errors-out with Med-Heavy loads. I would not purchase this if you have a busy household.
