    we did not keep this long enough to leave a full review. The time we had it, it works fine. we just decided on another brand and style.

    FIRST ONE DIDN'T DRY. REPLACEMENT WAS USED AND SMELLED OF WET CLOTHES

    Not sure really how to rate it. I bought it to dry clothes. It does. But they are so wrinkled when they come out of dryer. I have stood there and waited for dryer to stop so i can get them out and still wrinkled. It has an option where it will keep tumbling so they won't wrinkle. They are wrinkled. It does dry them though.

      Make sure you don't fill your dryer (or your washer) with too many clothes. Packing the appliances will cause clothes to bunch together and cause wrinkles. You can also set your dryer on the permanent press setting, or add a slightly dampened cloth to help loosen stubborn creases and wrinkles. ^Jennifer LG

    Loud and the sensor often shuts off dryer before the clothes are completely dry. Worth buying a bigger unit

    The lint trap issue makes drying take a long time. Cannot be trusted to completely dry clothes. I ended up installing a secondary lint trap because so much lint was getting by the trap that the outdoor vent was plugging up. Not impressed.

    Capacity is misleading. Sure you can fit a lot in there, but if you fill it more than 2/3, drying time will be in excess of two hours! I wanted a large dryer to fit my king size comforter without having to adjust it more than once. This is not it.

    Purchased the dryer and it wouldn't turn on. Waited over a week for an LG repairman who was scheduled through Best Buy. The window for the appointment was 12:00p-5p. I took off of work that day to wait for the repairman. The repairman showed up at 8:15pm. Ridiculous. Repairman deemed the dryer unfixable. Now we have to wait over 30 days to get our dryer switched out and delivered. In all, we will have waited over two months without a dryer. Very bad experience.

    We’ve owned this for 6 mo & constantly have the dryer sensor going off. I’ve cleaned the dryer vent several times during each load. Plus, cleaned the external vent. This is beyond frustrating.

    This process has been very frustrating for me. I had to go through 3 different dryers due to faulty equipment. I was never offered an compensation for all the hassle and lost wages.

    Worst experience! Staff friendly but everyone seems to have hands tied to help me. Late delivery, couldn’t install, gave me options on their schedule not mine. Over week they haven’t help or reached out I call they don’t, and can’t install on my time. “Hands Tied” still no dryer to use. My rating is Best Buy not the dryer , don’t know if it works, not installed.

    Hot air failed in less than two months.

    Today 1-6-22 I placed a warranty service call with LG. The new dryer stopped blowing hot air 3 days ago. I've owned it for less than 2 months. NOT a great example of quality LG! I had an older LG front load dryer very similar to this that we purchased in 2008. It lasted 13 years with zero repairs. I'm not very enthusiastic about my new dryer right now.
