Takes a very long time to wash and dry and whats most concerning is the lint that accumulates around the dryer door and opening once cloths has dried. Thinking about returning the pair. Very disappointing !!!!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read through all the reviews and saw a lot of good reviews, but after using it for 2 months I’m not pleased.. the dryer takes 2 times to dry our load.. we tried smaller loads, still is taking 2 loads to get dry (some stuff still comes out a little damp. The washer doesn’t seem to fully wash the clothes, and I keep the door open after I am done with laundry for the day to air out and it smells like something died in it.. I’m too late to return it so now I am stuck with it until I can afford to get a new washer and dryer. Spend your money else where this isn’t worth it in my opinion..

Being returned. Dryer works great is why i gave the set a two. Otherwise the washer zero.

It takes multiple runs to complete the dry cycle. I have tried reducing the load (which is ridiculous; it's a 7.4 Cu Ft. capacity)... even with less than half of my laundry basket allows, it does not dry the clothing. I have tried the "heavy" setting; it still takes at least two times, if not three. I wish I could return it.

Had to download the "Super Dry " cycle to get mixed loads with more than 1 towel completely dry. Lots of the other settings really don't do a good job drying med heavy to heavy loads.

After 3 weeks gives D90 error - constricted flow. Best Buy professional installation left dryer in the way so laundry room door could not be closed. Had to push unit closer to the wall, when error message appeared, pulled unit out and semi flexible duct was not dented (still completely intact). Not even 1 month old and Best Buy would not stand behind the product or their installation, had to be referred to the manufacturer and waiting on them.

There is something terribly wrong with the way the filter system works. When you go to remove your clothes from the dryer there is dirt and lint all over the door and the lip of the door. Before anyone says empty the lint trap I can tell you that I empty it after every load and it makes no difference. There is lint on both sides of the lint trap. I replaced this dryer thinking I had a defective dryer, but it is the same thing with each one. I have also noticed that the problem seems to get worse. I have also found that my clothes come out damp if I use the normal cycle vs. a timed cycle. Best Buy has been great. I bought this dryer to replace a 17 year old LG dryer that was still working, but wanted my washer and dryer to match. Mistake on my part. I have given up on LG and am now switching to a different brand. I would not recommend buying this dryer.
