Q: Is the required electrical cord a 4-wire or a 3-wire? We all know it is a 220 volt 30 amp.
A: This dryer does not come with a power cord. The type of cord used is dependent on your outlet. The dryer should be connected to a 4-hole outlet. Use a 30-amp, 240-volt, 4-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. A 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1,1996. ^Daphane

A: Yes, model DLEX4200B can be stacked and vented from the right. The w dryer is configured to vent to the rear. It can also vent to the bottom or side. The side venting kit is part number 3911EZ9131X, https://www.lg.com/us/laundry-accessories/lg-3911ez9131x. This dryer has been tested for clearances of 1 inch (2.5 cm) on the sides and rear. Recommended clearances should be considered for the following reasons: • Additional clearances should be considered for ease of installation and servicing. • Additional clearances should be considered on all sides of the dryer to reduce noise transfer.
