Best Buy sent a new out out 3 weeks later they unboxed it it was damaged also but it was the back leg on it like it was dropped. They said the damage Dept would be in contact with me within 2-3 business days 2 weeks later still haven’t heard from them.

The sales person never said anything about needing a kit and he knew I was only purchasing stackables. Secondly, really disappointed that ever dryer load of regular clothes has to go more than one cycle because the clothes don't get dry. I've tried changing the settings. Thirdly disappointed to not be able to get anyone on chat or on the phone. Hoping BB will contact me.

What a waist of time trying to get Best Buy to call regarding an issue with the install. The guy didn't set up the washer properly and it leaked all over the wall and baseboards. The small amount of savings is 100% not worth the hassle of dealing with BEST BUY. I will go back to purchasing all of my appliances from Spencer's TV & Appliance.

Does not dry.

However, the dryer I received has a hard time drying. We have to put a normal sized load through 2-4 times to get it to dry completely. Sometimes we give up and just hang dry the items. We’ve had the ducts cleaned and everything to try and help, no luck though.

I would rather have my old dryer back that worked so much better. I have tried every setting and I am very bummed that I spent the money on this. I would have returned it but I was in the middle of redoing my laundry room and I didn't want the new machines getting dinged up so it was past the date of return.

LG is designed so that you cannot power on the machine remotely. The only way to remotely start/restart a load is to have planned it out ahead of time to be remotely started.

Washer Issue

I’ve had a front load washer before and didn’t run into this issue. Yes, the washer was leveled and now I’m starting to think is if it was an installation issue more than anything else.  we put a load of clothes in to washer and it was extremely loud.
