So far so good. Had this installed last week and it has been a major improvement over last washer and dryer. My only issue is the installer didn't install the steam hose for the dryer.

Love this machine and makes me excited to do laundry. It also looks really good and set up was very easy through the app. Love all the features and can see a lot of info on the app.

Excellent, good products, easy for use and quaility better

Have been using the dryer for about a week and it is working great. The only issue was that the steam feature on the dryer we ordered was supposed to have reservoir but instead the dryer we received requires a hook up from our water line. Which I am not keen on, so that's why I did not give 5 stars.

Had to wait over a month for delivery. Then come to find out that it was rescheduled on day of delivery. Ticked me off so I canceled the order. Too bad for Best Buy. But it’s ok my old dryer still works.

Giving this item four stars because they are louder than my previous one. Still they are great appliances.

Besides being new and sleek looking. This washer and dryer has advanced to work remotely and my laundry is done in half the time. I also love the steam feature

Love it, this has the same Ai sensing setting at the washer. It senses the garments and chooses the best method for drying. The app lets me know when it's down.

I like like like this dryer. Offers several cycles and times for drying various items. Glad I purchased this.

Dryer is great but there was problem with the electrical system so I received a replacement. Also purchase matching washer. Great set and great value.

I love my new washer ,it's efficient and cleans wonderfully .the best features are the steam cleaning, and app control's.

So far it is good, the only concern is the doors of washer and dryer installed opposite way so it is hard to move washed stuff to dryer. It need more tile for better review....
