Very awesome and easy to use! Anyone looking to get a new dryer, id highly reccomend

I have always been pleased with Best Buy. Associates are helpful, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. It is the delivery that usually causes me issues. This would be 5 stars on the product, but the unit came damaged and I think that happened from truck to location. Yes, Best Buy is addressing appropriately, but why do I have to go through a few rounds to get this right?

LG Appliances checks all the right boxes. First and foremost, it’s a great washing machine, we found that it can deal with various stains, the internal heater also adds a lot of versatility, allowing you to sanitize clothing of common diseases, like E. coli, get rid of allergens, and help keep your whites as bright as can be. Secondly, comes equipped with plenty of features that just make life good LG There are also options like Extended Refresh that will tumble laundry after a cycle is finished to keep it from getting musty. Finally, this LG just has a great fit and finish. You can tell that the manufacturing is well done by the clean text on the control panel and the satisfying click on the dial. After all is perfect for most families. It has the drum capacity, cleaning performance, and features to cover all the major laundry bases

My whites look extra white. I love the flexibility of options on the wash cycles. It does seem to be louder than my Bosch I replaced. But not objectionable. I am extremely happy with my purchase

Was thw dloor model but, was still in excellent condition

So far i am loving this product. It is easy to use, cloths wash out very clean.I was scared that with the water saving quality it has,it might not wash well but thats not true.

Took delivery about 2 weeks ago. So far this dryer is working great! The delivery was the best delivery experience we have had in 20 years! On time, friendly, knew how to set up and get everything working, the best!!

Love it! The delivery and installation was efficient and otherwise fantastic. The capacity exceeded my expectations and so far it is working perfectly. Still getting familiar with all of the new high tech features.

Love this dryer. My last LG Dryer was still working 18yrs later the only reason I replaced it was the washer went out and I wanted a matching set. This one has all the bells and whistles which makes it easy to use. Drys clothes fast and the best feature is the steam dry. Takes the wrinkles right out of your clothes.

Extremely pleased with our new dryer. Easy to learn how to use - very intuitive. Numerous drying options cover every item I would be drying.

Nice interface with dial and touch screen, lots of cycles, useful app integration for monitoring operation and keeping track of maintenance and power usage. Drum light is convenient. Relatively quiet operation.

We replaced a 10 year old LG set and we see much improvement over the years! Definitely worth the upgrade!

So far so good after a month. The Dryer does it's job quietly and I like the different selections available. The delivery and set up went easy.

Good dryer but seems to leave clothes a little damp. Not sure if it is related to getting stuck with the rigid dryer vent Best Buy sells ($30) but would have been nice to have an option for a flex vent. I think this would allow the dryer to be more efficient. Menu is easy to figure out, quiet and easy operation.

I love my new LG dryer. Many drying options from which to choose the right one for every load.. It is quiet and beautiful to look at.. couldn’t be happier
