Well it’s look nice and I’m pretty sure it works great but Best Buy screwed up with basically everything in my order so 5 stars for the product and 0 stars for Best Buy

Please see my review of WM5500hva washer. This is the matching dryer. Quite a bit of research to understand the washers, the matching dryer was a no brained after washer selection. Dryer also packed with features, controls easy to use and understand. Features such as receiving info from the washer regarding weight and type of material in the wash so the dryer calculates what temp and how long to dry, even includes a sensor if your exhaust vent is plugged up which can cause major issues if not detected. My wife says the loads are drying “was faster”. We love this washer and dryer combo and would recommend to friends and family.

Love the ease of use. The iPhone compatibility of it is amazing!! The AI mechanism is perfect and does all the work for you! So far I am very happy with my purchase!

Easy to operate and have the efficiency to detect if your clothes are dryer with drying sensor. It remind your in your phone or Alexa when you’re it’s done. I like it.

This dryer is a really good size and cleans both clothing as well as comforters and blankets really well and the technology aspect of it is amazing.

I actually love this dryer because it also has multiple drying cycles. You can download additional cycles, ringtones and program updates. The only thing I wish it came with was a shoe drying rack. I forgot to mention this in my review for my washer was that it can notify you when your wash or dry was completed if you use Alexa. My dry’s sometimes takes a little longer than the gas dryer but it’s still an effective dryer and has the kind of options I prefer to have. Again, my mom has been loyal to LG for their washer and dryers because hers was so top notch when I was a teenager and now that I have my own in comparison to hers, I find mine pretty reliable and am very happy with it. If you take the time to get to know how it works, it could offer a lot.

This is a great dryer that we got as a floor model open box. Functions well.

Excellent product. Installed today and super easy to use. Would recommend this as of now. Time will tell about the longevity but i l9ve LG products

I purchased the washer and dryer combo. I am very happy with the set. The dryer us very efficient and drys the cloths quickly and efficiently.

The operating noise is very quiet, so you won't notice it at all even if you run it at night. I made a very good purchase.
