Very good but complicated

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does a very good job of drying clothes, and the steam feature to prevent wrinkles is nice, but the whole device is more complicated than it needs to be, with more than 50 possible settings. And I don't need it to connect to the internet so I can control it via an app. Why would I want to start/stop it remotely if I have to be present to load/unload it?

The AI option seems to work, however, it has a good learning curve in general. The option to see progress and notification on your phone is a very good thing to have. Overall, very satisfied with this machine.

CLOTHING IS UNIFORMLY DRY

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my 26-year-old Kenmore with this dryer and instead of taking a lot of things out and hanging them up once they get steamy, I am letting them remain in the dryer until the cycle is complete. Clothing comes out soft and does not seem to shrink in the least bit. Another plus is that all items, even of mixed weight, are uniformly dry. I like the pleasant sound of the bell at the end rather than the discordant blaring of my old dryer.

SO FAR SO GOOD, ACTULLY GREAT

The delivery was spot on and the only thing that bothered me was we were unable to get an extra year warranty for free because BB was not one of the participants in conjunction with LG.likemost other big box retailers.
