The LG dryer is good so far, however when I reversed the door hinge on the dryer it does not line up well with the latch and closes/opens much harder. I don't know about the reliability yet. I also ordered the matching washer from Best Buy because they had the earliest delivery date, which ended up not being the case, The 1st appointment they showed up to install the washer, but had no washer! The 2nd appointment they installed it but didn't level it properly. The dryer had to be delivered at a later date. On the morning of the dryer appointment they confirmed they would be there in the time window only to be later notified I would have to reschedule, I called to complain and was assigned a case number, but never heard back from Best Buy. The dryer was delivered and installed on the 4th appointment by a subcontracted Best Buy professional plumber. However, I went down in the basement about a week later and noticed a smell and found the dryer vent pipe from the main level was no longer connected to the outdoor vent!

This machine worked great. It was easy to set up and is what we would choose again

Such a great combo, they are not noisy like some others complained, they are quite quiet for me. I have not tried the app though.

Consumer Reports rated this model number 1 across the board. I waited a year to be able to get this washer/dryer combo because of the pandemic. Best Buy had the best price and the experience was painless. The washer is well-made with tempered glass doors and lots of preprogrammed options. This even has a lite inside the drum after you turn it on. SPEND THE EXTRA FOR THE PEDESTALS!

I love the washer dryer and the black white is a new color for me after always having SS I don’t like the way the doors are because you don’t have a choice on which side opens other than that they are great.

I absolutely love these LG combo washer and dryer be aware that Best Buy sends out repairman and they try to panhandle you by asking you for a donation out of the goodness of your heart when you pay for services that they are supposed to honor and some of the workers don’t follow those guidelines, so if anyone ask you for extra on a job when it’s not for repair services as in if you have a washer and dryer that you’ve had for a while, then you will have to pay for services but if you buy some thing and the services does not work, these men are not allowed to ask you for any compensation, which they do so just know that other than that dealing with Best Buy is OK other then, them asking you to pay for a certain day for delivery and they don’t deliver the service that day then they make up reasons why they can’t deliver it so try not to have anything sent out in November or December I will say not all guys that come out are back the second pair of guys I received were absolutely phenomenal. Wow this amazing machine is the best purchase we made recently. Size is perfect/ way cycles are so intelligent- works with the app in our phone. Must have!

The new LG washer and dryer work ok, but I regret my purchase. There are too many programs, and I miss the simpler machine. My biggest mistake has to do with their size. I knew my space was limited, and focused on the overall depth of the machines, rather than the shape. They measure an inch less than the old Samsung, but the Samsung had a smaller, thicker door on a curved profile. That door gave the machine an added inch. The LG is more like a solid cube with a wider/flatter door. That makes it so that it barely clears the swing of the door entering the room. The 2 machines take up more space than the older Samsung even thought they are 1 inch smaller. My mistake.
