Yet to use any of the steam functions. Had an LG washer and dryer previously with no issues so expecting more of the same. Still getting used to all the different features. Very quiet. Wish the hard copy owners manual that comes with the washer had more info so you wouldn’t have to download an additional manual that has more information. Overall very happy with our purchase.

The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

Seems well built and was easily installed and connected to our gas line. It has some great self-diagnostic testing functions that tell you if there are any problems with the gas connection or the venting. My only complaint is that the internal gas piping prevents the dryer from being side-vented on the right side. We bought it through the Best Buy Outlet so we got a great price and it only had superficial dirt on the outside.

This is the second time I buy a set of LG washer and dryer. Never had a problem with my first set. I sold my house one of the items the new owner liked is the red washer and dryer with pedestal after 5 years they looked like new.
