I also like that I can throw something in to steam it and get the wrinkles out without having to iron my clothes! Doesn’t work so well on linen but everything else perfect.

However, after three attempts, we still have a dented dryer. We have learned that the replacement will come in March We have been inconvenienced as to service.

I spoke with people that repair washer dryer units and they said hands down LG..

I had an issue with my order on the delivery. I tried calling customer service correct issue and cannot get anyone for several days. I did do the online chat option took several hours and got nowhere. I was told I would get a call within a few days and never got one. I will never buy any other appliances buy again.

One of the guys even got into an argument with me because they both stopped working when they left, and I called them and asked them to come back...and he said I messed with something and made them not work. I love Best Buy, but they desperately need to stop hiring 3rd party for delivery and install. I feel like I never have a good experience any more when they come to deliver anything unless it is the geek squad, which is never is for appliances.
