Dryer drys well but stacked on a washer makes it hard to read the dark letters on black buttons.

Never thought I need a new washer or dryer But after having these two I can’t begin to tell you how improve lg has made these appliances.

Dryer door doesn’t fully close/seal. Had service come look at it and apparently that’s just the way it’s made. Problems is it lets lint/stuff get outside of the dryer. It keeps the seal a mess and stuff ends up on the door frame and sometimes on the floor in front of it. Wouldn’t purchase this had we known. Our old LG dryer was great for 18 years and the door fully closed/sealed.

Our 16 year old dryer died and the repair would have cost more than a new one so Erika at the Torrance Pacific Sales helped us find this LG, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. We use it almost every day. The steam refresh feature is wonderful, the little bell melody is cute, but the best surprise was each and every time the towels cycle ends, the towels are actually perfectly dry and fluffy. What a concept haha. I use the presets most of the time, but can adjust the default easily as it's very intuitive. You can add steam or not depending on the preset or just use timed dry. Simple! Hoping it lasts at least half as long as my previous dryer. The Best Buy delivery team did a great job too! Highly recommend them, along with Erika, and the dryer.

Best dryer ever. Multiple settings and actually dries my clothes unlike my previous Samsung which always left them damp. Also has a steam sanitize option which I use frequently. Spend the money and get the drawer and basket underneath. Now I’m saving up for the washer to complete the set.

Was tough to find a dryer that had all the latest features that would fit in my laundry room without blocking a door. The listed depth is >30 inches, but the main depth for the body is 25”, which allowed enough room for the exhaust vent behind. Many comparable models were 27” for the body. Also, with it’s AI features it has worked wonderfully to dry things without overly drying them, or leaving them damp, like my old unit. LG is also stylish and has nice sounds, unlike other units that can be annoying.

I LOVE this dryer. This machine works so well. It dries clothing and towels/linens quickly and quietly. This dryer is beautifully designed, it looks so good in my laundry room! I am so extremely happy I decided to purchase this dryer!

Our previous dryer would take 3 cycles to dry out fleece blankets, this one did it in one go! It's also quieter which was a nice addition.

Very pleased with the functionality and easer of use. Especially pleased with how quiet the machine is. A bit of concerned at first when the unit was not heating up, but that was an installation error that Lowes has not acknowledged, but I fixed myself. Other than the installation, the dryer has performed up to expectations.

It’s a very nice dryer in terms of efficiency. It’s very easy to use, there’s an app you can get for it but even without the app the preset functions do and work for essentially all needs. It’s not nice, and the steam option works wonders to make wrinkles nonexistent

Only 4 stars as owners manual as furnished is vague. A website in the given pamphlet for download of a complete owners manual in pdf, doesn't list one and at the bottom of the web site, a cryptic comment of "SOME DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED". The Wi Fi turns out to be a joke. Continuous attempts to hook up to the system produced multiple system I.D.'s, log on, but machine failure at system acquirement. L.G. Tech support was a joke. Zip, no help at all. Good thing its real usage would have been mostly for communication with LG for mechanical/system problems. Think about it. Who would set up a load of laundry to dry and then go out and use the wi fi to start it when all you have to do is press a button while standing there. I do admit though that after almost a month of use it is both quite and performs well. With some playfull useage of the controls a feel for the machine is developing.

We are very pleased with our new LG clothes dryer. It is very efficient, drying our laundry in less than half the time our previous 5 year old dryer took. It has a large 7.4 cubic feet capacity, is very quiet, has helpful settings and a steaming feature to help eliminate wrinkles. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I was a little skeptical at all the features but this is a great washer. Efficient, quiet and does a great job. Actually very simple to use. Capacity is huge. Love It.

It's only been a few weeks since this new dryer was installed, but so far this is an excellent product. The capacity is much greater than the unit it replaced (same dimension), the features are terrific, its relatively quiet (much better than the unit it replaced) and efficient. The installation went smoothly, thanks to the Best Buy installers.

This was larger than i thought but i love it. Now i am able to was large comforters that previously i struggle to was. The machine is quiet compared to my prior machine that bangs at times when I have heavy load. I love the features, easy to navigate and very intuitive.
