I like the reduce static cycle: it leaves the items just barely damp, but no static. Clothes are softer too this way so I no longer use fabric softener.

This has a real glass door, and a shallow depth. The glass door stands out in scratch resistance. If it matters what so ever on how deep the machines profile is…LG has the shallowest profile on the market.

Install was super easy, used Stainless steel braided hoses for the hookup and used a zip tie around the drain hose to make sure it didn't slip out. Finish is very well done, hopefully they will last a long time

The dryer has different features for different quality of clothes. Never had an issue with this dryer compared to other companies.

Every easy to use, LOVE the steam dry option. With many options to chose from it makes it easy to dry clothes without trying to figure out the standard settings.

I had an issue with my order on the delivery. I tried calling customer service correct issue and cannot get anyone for several days. I did do the online chat option took several hours and got nowhere. I was told I would get a call within a few days and never got one. I will never buy any other appliances buy again.

Clothes are coming out nice and clean and all appliances are quiet and drier is also very quiet. There are many settings to use and you can customize to the way you like. I highly recommend this Dryer

It does the job efficiently when I choose the correct settings. Here are some good things: Light inside the unit. App connectivity Timed dry choices Things that bug me: No dryer delay start, The sensing drying option don’t do well with mixed loads. Jeans are still damp for example. So I have to do time dry on any mixed loads. The time dry defaults the temperature to high when I turn it on and if I change it to low then change the time It resets to high temp dry again. You have to be careful or you’ll end up with shrunken clothes. I wish we could program more custom settings

It's got lots of great options for drying clothes -- especially for delicates. Super cool that I get alerts from the app that the cycle has finished so I can avoid wrinkly clothes that have been sitting too long!
