My clothes come out damp sometimes, but I think it's because of the wrinkle care system more than anything else. While I have some reservations, I would still recommend it for the energy efficiency alone.

They were late, though not as big of a deal since they may have been delayed at prior stops. However, while installing they said they forgot a part at prior stop so had to go back. When I asked what part, it ended up being the entire dryer. They delivered two dryers to prior stop and brought two washers to mine. Luckily the prior stop didn’t get install so they were still in the box (as far as I know) in their garage. For future large appliance purchases I’ll most likely be using a different local company that has own trucks and employees; not a third party company that shows up in an enterprise truck. Left reviews on both surveys I was sent after install but didn’t hear anything back. Doubt I do here either.

I have yet to get a full load dry on a normal cycle with out adding on more time. It is not fast. If you do small loads and you have time to restart this is the dryer for you. If not I would not suggest for heavy laundry doers.

With converting to side venting, the lint tube is on the side do those extra inches allowed me to get full size stacking appliances. Was on sale, too. I love this dryer.

The cellphone notifications when the laundry is done are the best!

What a mistake. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The normal dryer cycle does not dry well. If you have a towel or a thick cotton piece in the mix. Even heavy duty cycle won't dry towel or cotton cloths well. Luckily we live in Southern California and we use the sun to complete the dry cycle

When I replaced the washer my husband said we should replace the dryer to match the washer . I wish I had not listened to my husband the old washer dried my clothes perfeclty this one burns my clothes even in the normal setting.

If clothes are overheating or getting scorched on the Normal setting, one step you can try is switching the Dry Level to Low or using the Delicates cycle, which uses lower heat. Also, make sure the lint filter and exhaust duct are clean and clear, as restricted airflow can cause heat buildup. This model also includes Sensor Dry, so using Time Dry with a shorter duration may help fine-tune the results.
