Washer was dented and was easily replaced. Good customer service. Price matched my item. The centralized phone system was a little cumbersome to navigate. Will order form best buy again.

You have to use manual dry to to actually get large items dry.

What a mistake. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The normal dryer cycle does not dry well. If you have a towel or a thick cotton piece in the mix. Even heavy duty cycle won't dry towel or cotton cloths well. Luckily we live in Southern California and we use the sun to complete the dry cycle
