    Great service. Easy process of buying and delivery. Washer was dented and was easily replaced. Good customer service. Price matched my item. The centralized phone system was a little cumbersome to navigate. Will order form best buy again.

    The only issue I've run into so far is that for large loads/items the moisture sensor doesn't work properly, so for any automatic cycle it stops in 5 minutes. You have to use manual dry to to actually get large items dry.

    Doesn't over-bake the clothes and it notifies us via a push that the cycle is done. Controls are reasonable. Steam function: we're 50/50 on whether it's useful.
