LG says it's User error because the panel isn't showing an error code. I've argued with them for hours and gotten nowhere. They refuse to send a technician and I am stuck with a $1k broken dryer. Terrible company

To improve sensor-dry cycles, clean the moisture sensor bars inside the drum. Fabric softener sheets and detergent can coat the sensors, hindering moisture detection and causing premature cycle termination without error codes.
Gently wipe the two metal bars near the lint filter with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol to restore moisture detection and resume automatic cycles. It looks great but when drying it doesn't do a good job unless you choose the option to extra dry. Apart from that its okay. In the older dryer we didn't have to choose an option, it worked automatically and dried faster too. Maybe this machine is gentler on the clothes which is fine. LG Techincal problem support is pretty bad. Had a lot of trouble registering product online. So giving 3 stars due to that.

The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

Horrible customer service

I had an issue with my order on the delivery. I tried calling customer service correct issue and cannot get anyone for several days. I did do the online chat option took several hours and got nowhere. I was told I would get a call within a few days and never got one. I will never buy any other appliances buy again.

What a mistake. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The normal dryer cycle does not dry well. If you have a towel or a thick cotton piece in the mix. Even heavy duty cycle won't dry towel or cotton cloths well. Luckily we live in Southern California and we use the sun to complete the dry cycle
