Works great. Easy set up. Need to buy gas line and steam hose separately.

Energy efficient, easy to use, provides options to dry different types of laundry well, dries thoroughly in a shorter amount of time than my old machine, and is relatively quiet. Seems well made.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

Replacing an earlier model by LG - controls operate smoothly and are easy to follow. Bothe washer and dryer operate fairly quietly. Seems like there is more room in the tub than prior model.

Works great, looks good, has Wifi to alert me when it finished and Im not nearby. Cant say anything about reliability yet, but no problems in first month. It is louder than the one we replaced.

Great dryer. Purchased the gas version. Replaced an older Kenmore that was in use for 10 plus years. Easy to use and set different cycles. Clothes are always dry when they come out.

We replaced a 2016 whirlpool drier that suddenly died (after 5year of moderate use). This LG drier has been a huge upgrade and so far everything is working very well. It is a connected appliance so you can receive notifications on your phones and download different programs

Quiet and very efficient dryer. Numerous options to tailor drying needs. Direct water line eliminates filling a reservoir for steam function.
