Installers are horrid.

The alleged “installers” were the worst of the worst. Excuse after excuse after excuses and why they couldn’t do anything I hired them to do. Thank goodness Eric McFarland was the manager as took care of the situation. He is the ONLY reason we have spent tens of thousands at Best Buy over the years.

LOVE my LG dryer

They STILL worked like they did on day one when I upgraded to this set. The only reason for the upgrade was I needed a bigger washer and dryer for my fluffy king size comforter. LG makes an AMAZING and VERY reliable product.

Best deal was Best Buy price matched to Lowes who had on sale but no stock. We had bought the matching washer already but if had realized would have seen if they would price match both especially since Best Buy delivered ahead of Lowes.

Great dryer for a large capacity

It dries more clothes in less time compared to our old one. Have not used the steam option yet though. The only negative is when drying comforters or large quilts. The dry sensor stops the dryer thinking that the quilt is dry. Only suggestion we've figure is to turn off the dry sensor and learn to know your linens and manually set what the best dry time is for that item. Otherwise, it's a really good dryer
