Drys very fast. Awesome dryer, expert installation

This dryer is huge, does nearly everything you would expect. It has WiFi but unless you have the right phone... you cannot use it. I don't even mean the right OS. Otherwise, good machine so far but at top dollar pricing we expect it to be "full" featured.

Everything that comes out of this is full of wrinkles. I have to iron everything, and I mean everything. Even the steam settings!

This dryer solves the drying issues what i used to have with my previous dryer. They won't dry completely and sensor in this dryer makes life easy.

I don't know. Its a dryer. No issues in the 3-4 weeks we've had it. We did use the steam cycle once which seemed to work well. It does look nice.

This dryer does a great job of leaving clothes with little need for ironing. It does everything a dryer should do and does it well.

Drys clothes great, love steam and it even plays a little tune when done instead of the usual unpleasant buzzing noise

Super nice and quiet, with lots of features and awesome space and size. Would have given 5, but the door making a great deal of noise when it's closing on it's own it's annoying.

Having the ability to open the door different ways to load and unload the dryer has been really helpful.

After 8 months, this dryer takes two hours to dry a load of towels. Previously, an hour minimum. So much for buying the larger more expensive model.

We are pleased with our purchase. Different settings for regular clothes, blankets and heavy duty laundry is phenominal.

I purchased this in September 2015 and LG's CS would not step up and fix their so called top that lifts. The top says Diamond Glass but in fact it is PLEXIGLASS and scratches and will separate from the metal top as mine did. Took 3 months before they final send a repair man and he did not know how to remove the cover so I helped him so we could get it done. LG's CS dept needs to improve. Customer should not have to fight in order to have the product repaired. It is a nice dryer but I would warn anyone that putting a laundry basket or anything that could scratch the surface to look at something else.

I wish I'd gotten gas but thats my only complaint. Works really well, steam feature is very nice.

Great product. You can fit a King size bed set in it no issues

I bought the graphite steel and it looks like fantastic. Capacity is very good. And there are a tons of drying options. The top lid I think is a waste because not much can fit under there but I guess if it wasn't there I wouldn't of gained anything. One other thing I wish the door would do is open fully from the top. They call it ez load but if you were going to put a large comforter from the top it wouldn't be so EZ. No complaints so far.
