Customer Ratings & Reviews

If you have some round discs with a hole in the center that says DVD on it and you'd like to see what they're capable of, purchase this DVD player and prepare to be amazed!

The item i purchased is working great! So far I have no complaints. It is definitely working better than the one I had. Only time will tell now. Thank you!

What would make this player 5 Star would be media reader and ability to play content from USB ... Ability to play FLAC or other lossless music would also be great feature

Best Buy representatives are always so helpful on deciding what products fit well with your demands. And the LG CD Player is the most easiest to connect and work.

At $29, this is almost disposable. It was perfect to put in the kids room because if it gets broken, you simply replace it with a new one for much less than the costs of going to a movie.

LG has never disappointed yet, this dvd player is great quality at a budget price. Perfect for bedroom or smaller space where blu ray isn't required.

I seriously needed a new dvd player and got this for a terrific price! Plays great and fits on my tv stand very well.

The LGD DVD player was easy to connect to my flat screen TV that I bought from Best Buy. The LD DVD player works smoothly and the picture quality is wonderful.

Just needed a basic DVD player (not blu-ray) for my spare bedroom and this fit the bill. The small size is great and I love the closed captioning and auto replay features.

We purchased a basic DVD player and it does the job perfectly well. A good price and the staff member was helpful in pointing us to what we wanted.

It is what it is. It is cheap especially if you get it on sale. It does what it’s supposed to and got us through rainy nights on our beach trip. It will likely end up in my daughters room now.

Nice, inexpensive DVD player. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a DVD player and doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles.

I needed an extra CD/DVD player for my office/mancave TV. This little LG player is economical and high quality. I've had no problems.

I don't usually by this level of DVD player but I needed something inexpensive and this fit the bill. It is almost too simple but it has functioned well and has served its purpose.

This DVD player is a great and inexpensive unit that is well worth the price. It's great for the kids to watch their Disney movies.

Need bigger buttons on remote. If you have large fingers you have to use a nail to activate. Better hookup instructions - the ones with the item were totally useless.

DVD was easy for my to hook up myself. I’m not technically inclined so ease of understanding instructions is the utmost importance.

I bought this DVD player for my grandmother for Christmas, and she loves it to go along with her new TV! She watches DVDs all the time with relative ease!

This was a good buy, and very easy to set up. Picture quality is as expected, the motor is quiet. So far so good! Highly recommend to those looking for an inexpensive DVD player.

This was a great little DVD player. But, I bought as a gift and it wouldn't work on her older TV. I had to return it, but would definitely buy again for my own or someone else's TV. Great price.
