    i was in a hurry and the girl at the front asked if she could tell me where something was. I told her yes, I wanted just a DVD player. She directed me to it, a clerk was there, I got what I wanted and was in and out in very few minutes.

    My husband and I wanted to watch a movie but our prior DVD stopped working so we got on BB website we placed the order and before that what we expected we got the message that our was ready to pick up so we were able to enjoy our movie night. Excellent service. Good quality product.

    Purchase this product as a cheap replacement and alternative CD player. CDs sound very good, only downside is lack of a display without hooking it up to a TV. I have not used the product yet to watch DVDs.

    So far, the player is working well. I have not been able to download the owners manual from LG’s site. I know the unit can do much more than what it’s doing now and am frustrated in not being able to access its full capabilities.
