Product great… Customer service terrible … Ignored me at curbside pickup..had to go inside to get it—high risk cancer patient so it wasn’t something I wanted to do but no choice… No apology offered Won’t shop there again

Great dvd player for the Price! This is the best dvd player i could find for the price. Composite cable output which is what we needed for a older TV at work. If you need an HDMI output, you might be better off looking for a dvd player that already has one built in.

My new TV was delivered and installed within 90 minutes of the hockey game. Silly me - I thought I sat down on my sofa to watch the game. Wrong. Thanks to this incredible screen, I felt like I was in the arena!! Still lots to learn with all of the functions, but I would definitely recommend the TV.

Bought this to play CD continuously as "music-on-hold" source for phone system; works fine but lacks status lights for repeat functions, which can only be seen on-screen with a TV connected; haven't tried playing from USB yet, but plan to switch to that soon.

I was in need of a basic DVD player and I stopped by and talked to a team member at Best Buy. I was directed to a selection and shown the pros/cons of all units and I settled on the one that suited me. A reliable product and a reasonable cost.

Had and outstanding technician who fixed my computer because of all the "dumb" things I did. He was very courteous, efficient, empathetic to my lack of knowledge, and gave me some helpful tips to better utilize my computer. Could not say enough good things about my Tech!

Used it to copy CDs to USB drive. Directions were a little confusing had to go to YouTube for help but it finally did the job.

I am happy with this. Its plays perfect. Had a little difficulty getting it hooked up to My TV , only because my tv hooked up differently compared to my other tv. Once to figured it out, it was easy.

I needed a DVD player for a spare TV (720-1080 dpi) All my HDMI ports (2) were taken and oddly enough this required composite cables which I had some of those ports free. It plays great and saved a few bucks especially if I had to get an HDMI port extender

Like all my purchases from bestbuy they come quickly and I have been happy with this DVD player. Not sure I would of ever went into the store, hate the highway traffic but sure do love being able to buy on the website

dvd player with usb recording feature which is unique though the output doesn't label the resulting memory stick very well in the dvd system, but it does create just fine, The dvd itself works well.

Nothing special just a standard DVD player. It was a good price and works as it should. Just wanted something to put in the gym to play the wife's work out DVDs. It serves it's purpose well

This is a great player if you want something simple and uncomplicated. The only thing I'd change about it is I would like it to connect with an HDMI cable rather than regular AV cables. But it's performing as we needed.

Anything made by LG in my book is good. Runs w/o any distortions of any kind. Very quiet too.

My old dvd player quit right in the middle of a good movie. I checked with Best Buy and they had exactly what I needed. Went and purchased a new one "from the curb service" and I was on my way home in no time.

Does not require or have HDMI connections, RCA outlets only. Good for an older TV that doesn't have HDMI. Waiting to find out if it lasts. Inexpensive DVD players often don't last long

Works great with my laptop. It was just what I was looking for at a good price.
