    My son got this for us for Christmas to replace an aging player (a duo DVD/VCR player). Was not impressed with this one. Had to hook the old player back up for now.

    I followed the instructions and never could get it to work, I don't think it was the dvr I think I didn't know what I was doing...

    Bought to use with my new smart TV. Didn't realize it has no hdmi output. Cant connect to my TV & its past the horrible 15 day return policy

    While I purchased this item so that I could play music through a Sonos amp which does not have a digital connection port (and it is a brand new current product), there is no HDMI connection.

    My mom can’t figure out how to get this to work and I’m shocked I’m having a hard time figuring out how to set it up myself. I figured out her old player and hooked it up instead. She will return this. Bummer.

    Promises but no solution from Best Buy

    We purchased Arlington cameras and solar panels early this year. First, we were sold the wrong ones. Three visits later by the same representative they weren’t working properly. Calls to Wilmington geek squad manager resulted in two talented and friendly agents who worked out a plan to swap what we had for better and more expensive products. We’re left with the barely operative ones. June 19 ‘21

    LG DVD missing parts

    Bought the unit as an open box on Nov 28th with inspected tape sealing the box. Well finally got a chance to open up the box to try out the unit only to find no power pack and not remote. The unit was not identified as missing any parts and I actually expected it to be in good shape since it had the inspection tape. Very disappointed in Best Buy quality.

    I returned the DVD Player. There was no HDMI connection. The picture quality was so so. The Flash Drive Recorder would not play files I previously recorded.

    This DVD player has not function properly. It always stops and has never played an entire movie from beginning to end without freezing. Hate this product. Give it a negative 10 rating.
