Posted .For the DP132 model, the low audio issue may be due to how the DVD play is connected to the amplifier, please check out page 10 on your owners manual https://gscs-b2c.lge.com/downloadFile?fileId=yYNP00Dc5JZrWqzSI6G6g. Also it is important to note that to see the audio format of the current disc in the on-screen display, press AUDIO. In case that DTS audio format, then audio is not the output. Doesn't have HDMI port
