Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice phone, good features.... HOWEVER, battery doesn't hold a charge. Ordered first phone online, charged to 100% and within 1-2 hrs battery discharged 2-4 % IN STANDBY. There were times when it dropped 5-10% in less than 1/2 hr. of non-use !! After 1 1/2 weeks, decided to return to local Best Buy for an exchange. Unfortunately, did NOT solve the problem. Will be returning for a refund and looking for another phone. I was surprised to have a problem with LG because I've had a good experience with them in the past. This particular model is JUNK....stay away unless you want to be connected to a charger every 1-2 days even when phone is not used much. Specs state battery should last up to 11 days in standby....NO WAY!!
