Ordered with base units and was easy to set up although the washer is heavy. I would buy this washer again especially since it is direct drive.

Beautiful gray color & very functional with front load capability. I've enjoyed using it and like that I have space on top to fold laundry.

I think all front load machines tend to vibrate a lot and the machine is no different. I bought GE rubber dampeners to reduce the vibration noise. I would pick a top load if you are annoyed by vibrations

This and it’s matching dryer both work great. I haven’t even begun to use all the features which will only make it better.

Have used it a few times and everything works as expected. Still missing the "handwash" cycle that past models came with though.

We bought this machine because of good reviews. We looked at Kenmore Elite made by LG but Best Buy had better terms on promotion.

This is the second one I've owned. Had to give up the last one when we sold our home in Virginia. Didn't want to let it go.

I love the washer so far. Took a bit to figure out how to manage all the settings (there are a lot!) but the turbo wash is worth it.

works well we are satisfied with the quality of the washer. It does make a whistling sound sometimes when it is filling water only, maybe due to water pressure not sure? other then that it is great
