I’ve had these bulbs for a year or so now and I really enjoy having them. Colors to match any mood and a dimmer to match any sensitivity. I even went out and bought my folks some for Christmas this year. They love them now too. The price is a tad much but you do get what you pay for. They are suggested to last several years so the price tag is more of an investment. Grab them in store when you can, they do seem to run out of them fairly quickly and never restock. So I decided to try this bulb after having a number of hue bulbs in the house. The bulb itself was on sale about $50 so bucks. I can tell you this bulb is much brighter than the original version hue. I have not compared with their newer bulbs, but it is an obviously difference to the 1st generation. You can also control the colors from both Amazon and Homehit, which was a big point for us since this is compatible for both as well. My only gripe is that the connectivity issues it has at times are a bit disappointing. Hue bulbs, which require a hub, unlike these bulbs have better reliability on connection than these. I would so 8 out of times you won't have issues, but they do tend to occur. Hue bulbs are much more stable, but not as bright. Hope this helps someone.

These bulbs are worth every penny. Replaced my other bulbs and these were very easy to set up and work flawlessly.

Lifx seems to make the brightest bulbs out there re: lumens and output, heavy bulbs but they are excellent for creating everything from simple mood lighting to bright daylight, I got the color bulbs which allow me to change the hue and have found them to be very vibrant as well.

Been with this brand for awhile now. Upgraded my main bedroom bulb from the normal a19 to their upgraded 1100 lumens a19. The extra 300 lumens was definitely worth the upgrade. Amazing clarity and no hub!

The is hands down the best lightbulb ever. This lightbulb not only works great with Amazon Alexa, it also has a fantastic app and can change to any color you can imagine.

I own over twenty Lifx bulbs throughout my home. They range from the first gen A19+ Nightvision bulbs, to the LED strips, to the large flood bulbs. WHEN you can get them to pair, they work really well, with many great presets for color changing, home security, and whatnot. These standard A19 bulbs are so far, just like every other LIFX bulb I've had. I had to return one because it wouldn't pair to my network. Luckily the replacement did, and now its working well. I will tell you this, careful putting them in an enclosure with no airflow...they'll burn out waaaaay sooner than expected. I've had to replace eight bulbs because of this.

I really like these bulbs! Bought two so far. Was between these and The Phillips Hue. After much research(not cheap) these were brighter and better. App is great to use and look forward to buying more and the LED strip. Setting the lights for different moods is great.

I am a huge LIFX fan so my review will be quite bias. I have easily over 25 LIFX bulbs including stirps in my home to replace standard incandescent or LED bulbs and can say these out perform any lights out on the market. easy to set schedules, change to millions of color spectrums, holiday themes and best part is they do not need a hub like other brands. only downfall at this point which is totally small is the color of casing, they should offer black casings when bulbs are to be seen.

This smart lightbulb does not need any hub. Just download the app and connect to your WiFi. Once your up and running you can connect it to your Alexa and give your commands. The app is great to for changing the color spectrum. I originally got the Philips Hue. However, I had some issues with the app and running it smoothly. I also didn’t like the fact that there was a hub needed and the light output was dim. Did some research and went with LIFX instead. The color output is much brighter (night & day difference). My family and I are very happy with this product.

I had been searching over a year and half to buy this very bright color smart bulb. The LIFX smart app allows great control of color temperature, light intensity and hues. I first installed one over my parent's kitchen sink but could not even find additional ones directly from the manufacturer. The other day I saw two bulbes at my local Best Buy Store and I purchased them both. LIFX - 1100-Lumen, 11W Dimmable A19 LED Light Bulb, 75W Equivalent - Multicolor

I love the ease of use this bulb offers, and the wide range of colors and themes to choose from is really nice as well. No complaints here, wonderful buy!

This great bulb changes colors and brightness using your voice only via Alexa. The choice of colors is amazing and easy to select and adjust.

use these for my desk at work. great way to change the vibe of a room. Setting them up can sometimes not be fun though.

Bought this to go along with my new HomePod and delve a little deeper in 'smart' home features as this was my first smart bulb. Pairing it was easy enough as long as you read the instructions. Using Siri to turn off my light is great. I usually forget to turn it off. You can also set schedules for when you leave for work. The only other smart home devices I have are 2 Nest smoke detectors and an August smart lock which I love. I try to stay within the HomeKit circle. The colors and themes are also a nice touch. Try to buy when it's on sale!

I love these lights WHEN they are connected to Wifi. They seem to lose connection every 2 weeks or so and you have to mess with them which is a bit annoying. Colors and brightness are great and the ability to pair with Alexa or Google is awesome. Fix the wifi stability and these are a perfect 5!

The bulb works great. Lifx app is easy to use. I will recommend this everyone.
