I have one that connects to 3 devices in my office at home and another that connects 3 devices at my office at work. They are very useful and saves me a lot of money when it comes to installation from private companies.

The power light lets you know that the unit has power, which is a must for troubleshooting remote installations.

I have 3 computers that need Ethernet connection for work. My room only had one Ethernet port. So I plugged this switch into the wall and my other 3 computers in the switch and it worked perfectly.

I don’t use both at the same time and this works perfect as I didn’t want to run two separate Ethernet cables from my modem

Linksys 5-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch

This Linksys 5 port was perfect and all devices work great with out any significant speed loss.
