    My previous 10yr old Linksys gigabit switch died and this replaced it nicely and seems to work better than the last. Consistent data speeds on my Xbox and Apple TV

    This switch is great if you would like to hardwire devices with an ethernet to improve internet connection. Examples, video game consoles, smart lighting, and routers. I use this in order to hardwire my PS4, Phillips Hue Bridge, and an Eero router.

    We bought this to plug directly into a cable modem and have 2 separate services on 2 separate routers. Had no problems so far we have been running it for a few months now.

    It works just fine. Though I wish the power cable was on the same side as the E cables. And I would like the indicator lights on the other side from the E cable connections. All this so the cables go out the back and the light are in front.
