Simple setup as its just plug it in and plug the other cables in. Keeps the gigabit speed as I have not seen any degrade.

Beware you will not receive the item listed. You will be disappointed! Bestbuy hasn’t changed the picture, your item will have plugs in front and worn be fancy looking. This is why 3 stars. But it works as intended. I was able to connect 3 devices that kept dropping WiFi. Now hard wired connections non dropped signal.

The thing I like about it is the sturdy shell. I bought extras but I ended up returning it. I probably would rebuy it if there's a sale as it's definitely a good product for what it is.

This switch allows me to wire directly to my devices. Easy setup, works without a hitch, seems to have sped up transfer rates.
