    needed a cheap throwaway switch. This one fits the bill 100%. works and has crossover detect. will use outdoors until it dies and it won't hurt the pocketbook.

    Good switch for everyday needs. Linksys is typically a good brand. If I am needing a inexpensive fix for a customer Linksys is usually my go.

    So after switching internet providers, I found out that the new router only has 4 inputs, which is 5 ports to short for my needs. Linksys, saves the day!

    We upgraded to Eros WiFi but it only has two ports. For the internet and the other going out. We had to get a switch inordee to connect our WiFi printer
