using at a dental office to connect multiple devices....working well so far. very easy set up and size allows it to be hidden easily

I bought this to split my connection from my modem to two wifi routers on opposite sides of my house. Setup was simple and works great.

Its a small switch that generates no heat and does what it's supposed to do. I did a speed test before connecting the switch and after connecting the switch and saw no difference in my speed tests. So the switch doesn't slow your internet speed at all.

A great little switch. Easy to install and get up and running. Our house was wired with some ethernet ports, but the previous owners either took the switch or never used the ports. No issues here!

Needed more ports for my router and this was a cheep easy fix. Nice metal box with rubber boots for the bottom.

Fine Ethernet Switch for a reasonable price. I have trouble connecting certain ethernet communications devices to a spare router I had (turned off wifi so I thought it would act like a switch) but no go. Replaced that with this inexpensive switch and it worked first time out. Very pleased.

An old router with four each physical ports decided to stop functioning. I needed to replace the bad router with something that would extend outputs to printers and another computer without the WIFI. This solution was quick, inexpensive and provides the necessary lights to see when the equipment that is connected to the switch is talking to the network. Thanks!

I use this for my wife’s and my gaming pc. We don’t have any more ports on the router I bought so I decided on a switch and it works great.

I needed Extra ports I have no issues with this product. Easy set up plug any existing port from main receiver and just like that magic! I'm not saying go ahead and plug your gaming PC or CONSOL to it but any extra stuff like security lights ect.. no issues.

Recently, I did some reconfiguration of my home network and needed more ports than are available on my router. Having spent many working years as a network engineer, I picked up this 5-port Ethernet switch. I chose it by experience and reputation. Gave me not only the extra port I needed, but by offloading all my devices from the router, I actually am experiencing better performance, since I am not bogging down the router. In particular, NAS doesn't experience network loss because of too many collisions on the router.

In my Home network I use only Linksys products. They are very reliable and are very user friendly.
