This switch was exactly what I needed. Easy to install and reasonably priced. Works great!

Does exactly what it should. One LAN port to router/switch... the others to various connected Ethernet items. This is being used for a collection of Sonos amps and a wireless camera base mounted in a utility closet. Keeping everything on the wired network for permanent connectivity. Not latency lag or issues after years of always on. Again, does exactly what it should.

Nice, rather attractive small sized switch. Only about 3x5x1 inch in size, so you can fit it just about anywhere around your other computer equipment, and rectangular so you can stand it on its end if so desired instead of the those funny shaped models you sometimes see that would tip over. Also has mounting holes on the bottom side so you can hang it from a wall or rack. My only complaint that reduces it to four stars is that it uses a two prong AC adapter but with a narrow, yet tall AC/DC converter head, so it may not fit well onto crowded power strips and UPSs next to a fatter head - a small head with the AC/DC converter equipment moved a few inches away (like a laptop's) would have made for better design.

I use this for my wife’s and my gaming pc. We don’t have any more ports on the router I bought so I decided on a switch and it works great.

Our internet went out in our office and we needed to fix it fast. I ran across the street to Best Buy l, grabbed the switch, hooked it up and we were back online. It worked perfectly.

i saw this small ethernet switch that didnt take up alot of space and didnt have bright lights flashing all over the place

So easy to set up. Just run an ethernet cable from the last available port on your router to the first port on this unit and then enjoy the remaining ports for use with other devices.
