Good switch but not what I ordered.

This is a solid switch and works just as effectively as its less pricey cousin the LGS105. I bought this one since I liked that all the connections were on the rear of the device and would work nicely sitting on my desk. However, in 2 separate orders I was given the front port version instead. I've spoken with several employees at Bestbuy and no one can give me a definitive answer as to why the item I bought is not the same item I receive. The Model and SKU are identical (even the picture has the model clearly displayed) yet I was unable to get what I wanted. I will be returning the latest order. I don't think it unreasonable of me to want what I paid for, and I paid the extra (over the LGS105) because I wanted this configuration, otherwise I could have saved myself a few bucks and bought the less expensive version. Its not often Bestbuy disappoints me, but they were successful this time.
